These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website operated by D1/One Dentistry (“us”, “we”, or “our”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.

  • The content, design, logos, and all other elements of the website are the property of D1/One Dentistry and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the website without our prior written consent.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or account.
  • You agree not to engage in any activity that may interfere with the proper functioning of the website or that may compromise its security.

3. User Generated Content

  • Users may contribute content such as comments, posts, or submissions to the website.
  • By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the content for any purpose.

You further acknowledge and agree that D1/One Dentistry shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

6. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. You should check this page regularly for updates. By continuing to use the website after we post any modifications to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the website.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  • Refund and Returns Policy


    Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your received the product, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. We also do not accept personalized products.

    Additional non-returnable items:

    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • Book with obvious signs of use
    • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at onedentistryofficial@gmail.com and send your item to physical address we provide you.


    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

    Shipping returns

    To return your product, you should mail us at onedentistryofficial@gmail.com and send your product to physical address we provide.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Terms and conditions for Checkout Rewards – between D1 Services, Razorpay and the User

These terms and conditions hereinafter (“Online T&Cs”) shall apply in connection with the display of offers/ coupons (“Promotions”) by an advertiser on the payment gateway checkout page of D1 Services using Razorpay’s payment gateway services and shall be between Razorpay Software Private Limited (“Razorpay”), D1, and Users.


Customer hereby understands and acknowledges that:

  • D1 and Razorpay is merely acting as a facilitator between the Users and the advertisers (other merchants of Razorpay) on behalf of whom the offers /vouchers are being displayed;
  • D1 and Razorpay shall have no liability for any acts or omissions on behalf of the Advertisers and, D1 and Razorpay shall assume no liability whatsoever under the arrangement including for inability to claim an offer/ voucher; and
  • Further, you, the User, agree to indemnify and keep us indemnified from and against all claims resulting from the use of any detail/ information with regard to the offer/ voucher. We shall be entitled to remove any such details/ information without any prior intimation to you.
