Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order or request a refund. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand your options and any applicable fees.

Cancellation of Orders

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase without incurring any cancellation fees.
  • If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours but before it has been shipped, a cancellation fee may apply. The amount of the fee will depend on the specific circumstances of your order and will be communicated to you upon cancellation.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for information on returning shipped items.

Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, gift cards, and downloadable software products.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at with your order details and reason for return. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once we receive your email, we will guide you with further instructions for the return process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied as Store Credits or Gift Cards within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at and await further instructions.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Trackable Shipping and Shipping Insurance

If you are returning expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
